Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product(s) in the best possible manner.
Conditions for Return
We Always Believe Our Customer comes first. Following are the conditions in which you can return your products and get your Money Back
- Return is valid for, in case delivered Product is Incorrect (different than the one presented on our website) / Incomplete (missing parts).
- Return is valid for, Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Return is Valid if you return the order within 7 days time on above conditions.
- If the Product is Used or damaged after used, Product is not Eligible for Return.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and not accepting the return.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
Return Fees and Charges
Please bear in mind the following points for return shipping and fees to complete the return process.
- In case of Damage or Wrong order, EAUTO will bear complete Delivery Charges.
- In case, Customer change mind after receiving the Order, customer has to bear the cost of Courier and may be handling charges.

Return and Refund Process
If you are eligible for a return (Please read the above points) then you can initiate a return query with us and we will complete all needful transactions for you
- Call 03123402222 to create your return request or,
- Fill in the returns form you received with your order.Please share you order number and list of product(s) you wish to return.
In case if you do not receive the form you can contact us using the Contact Us Form.
- Repack your parcel securely with the product in the original undamaged EAUTO’s packaging you received, on the time of delivery
- Attach the return label, that you received with your order, to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered/secured).
- Send us the tracking no. of Courier with receipt picture.
- Once we receive the product and as per above conditions, we will transfer the Money by Using following: Online Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa.
