How do I buy products on EAUTO?

Once you find out the right product of your requirement, just follows these simple steps:

  • Click on add to the cart button
  • Click on ‘Check out’ to confirm the order
  • fill in all your contact and delivery details
  • Choose your preferred payment option before clicking the ’Confirm order’ button
  • You will get confirmation call from our side to get final confirmation from your side.
In case if I don’t find my required Products, what should I do?

In case if you don’t find your desired Product, do let us know your requirement through whatsapp or call us. We also provide special services in procuring that product.

I want to buy products in bulk quantity?

If you need to buy bigger quantity from us, please contact our customer support on info@eauto.pk  or you can call us under 03123402222. We can come up with corporate deal designed as per your requirements.

Refunds & Replacements

How can I get a refund or replacement for my product?
  • Call 03123402222 to create your return request or,
  • Fill in the returns form you received with your order. Please share you order number and list of product(s) you wish to return.
  • Repack your parcel securely with the product in the original undamaged EAUTO’s packaging you received, on the time of delivery
  • Attach the return label, that you received with your order, to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered/secured).
  • Send us the tracking no. of Courier with receipt picture.
  • Once we receive the product and as per above conditions, we will transfer the Money by Using following: Online Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa.
Is there any Hidden or transaction Cost?

No there is no hidden and transaction cost related to any product. Your Order will include Price of Product(s) + Shipping Cost.

How I can track my order?

Once we get confirmation from your side on call, you will get your order status on email and via SMS. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking no. You can track your order on our website any time on our Order Tracking page.

Do I need an account to shop on EAUTO?

No you do not need to have an account to place an order. But having an EAUTO account will give you better experience, new product updates, special promotions. You can create your own EAUTO account or simply logging in your Facebook or new account login at the time of checking out

How quickly can I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. Products are delivered within 24-48 hours in Karachi Lahore and Islamabad.

How do I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order if it’s not yet dispatched. In any case Call us at 03123402222 and let us know as soon as possible.
  • If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you may be able to return your product (See our Return policy for detailed information).
In case order is delayed, what should I Do?

Why am I having trouble placing products in the cart?

If you are facing any issue in adding product in the cart, please double check that you have selected size and color etc. If you still having this issue, either product can be out of stock or there is some technical issue. My payment was deducted for my order, but I didn’t get any email confirmation form EAUTO?

How do I pay for my Order?

You can pay us on EAUTO by using following methods, Cash On delivery, Pre-payment Through debit or credit card. Pre Payment is 100% safe and easy or you can give Cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please also view our Payment Options and Policy.

Is it safe to pay with credit / debit card?

Fraud detection and prevention are very important to us. We take all steps to ensure that transactions are genuine and that our customers’ details are completely secure. We also do not store any card details on our servers.


Does EAUTO deliver across all of Pakistan?

EAUTO delivers all across Pakistan through its logistics partners TCS, Leopard and Blue X

How long does it take to receive my product?

Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

You can contact our customer support for the order to be delivered to a different address within the same region or city before your order is dispatched.

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

I found the package opened and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

If missed my delivery. What happens now?

We’ll attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before cancelling your order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the location and the weight of the product, our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep.
